There are many marketplaces on the Czech market where you can present your products. Some marketplaces are designed for specific industries, others are for all types of goods. Allegro has become a giant in the Czech Republic after the company finalized the acquisition of the MALL Group and WE|DO. The Czech market is, of course, smaller than the Polish one, but it was still considered one of the fastest growing e-commerce markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

Allegro was launched in the Czech Republic in May 2023. Marketplace allows vendors to present their offers on the Czech market. The website is entirely in Czech, and the currency is the Czech crown (Kč, CZK). If you already have an account on Allegro.pl, you do not need to create a new account, as you can manage your products on the Czech market from the Polish Allegro. Allegro can automatically translate product offers for you.
Sharing offers on the Czech market
If you already have your products on Allegro in Poland, you have the option to list the same products on Allegro.cz as well. All you have to do is translate the offers and provide prices in CZK. Thanks to this, you will be able to sell your products to customers on the Czech and Polish markets at the same time. You can use, for example, the listing form. Any offer you want to share on Allegro.cz must first be approved by Allegro.
Translation of product offers
Allegro offers automatic translation of product offers. This means that all headings and descriptions will be translated literally. An automatic translator cannot ensure that it translates text with context and does not take SEO into account, which means the chances of a customer finding your product through a search engine are reduced. Additionally, you expose yourself to criticism from customers and potential misunderstandings. However, if you select the appropriate category, your product will be visible on Allegro.
Product prices
Product prices must be given in Czech crowns. You can set your own prices or use a price converter. Using the price converter you can quickly update prices in CZK based on the European Central Bank exchange rate. Allegro will convert prices from PLN to Czech crowns. You can turn on the conversion rate if you issue an offer via the form.
