The consumer can contact the entity directly via email, the entity&#8217;s form or through the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/userguide\/?page=landing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)<\/a> platform.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dispute resolution entities  <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1326202cc11867b63cddfdbb2b8b9324\">Out-of-court dispute resolution is the institution of seeking a mutually acceptable agreement between the parties to a dispute. You can find a list of entities for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes on the Czech market <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpo.cz\/en\/consumer-protection\/alternative-dispute-resolution-adr\/list-of-entities-of-out-of-court-settlement-of-consumer-disputes--245433\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>. It contains basic information such as contact information for the entity, types of disputes, categories and industries of disputes, or languages in which the dispute can be resolved. This information can also be found <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/main\/?event=main.adr.show2\">here <\/a>with an extension to other EU member states.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Online dispute resolution platform  <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d8a02900ac814e62b6895ffdded5bdf2\">The European Union protects consumers who buy goods and services in EU member states. For this reason, an online dispute resolution<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/userguide\/?page=landing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(ODR<\/a>) platform was created to prevent legal disputes. Through this platform, you can communicate with the customer before the customer submits a complaint to an entity for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-09dbb8f886e6d61e7f294d51a96d7bf6\">If you have received an email stating that a consumer has filed a complaint against you through ODR, you must first create an account in this system in order to respond to the complaint.  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"980\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/czeskastrefa.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-672\" srcset=\"https:\/\/czeskastrefa.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-4.png 980w, https:\/\/czeskastrefa.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-4-294x300.png 294w, https:\/\/czeskastrefa.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-4-768x784.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vendors&#8217; responsibilities  <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The email address should be clearly stated on the website. Posting only an interactive contact form is not enough.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The website must provide a link to the online dispute resolution platform <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a>.
